Typing Body Copy...

You can use the clipboard with a T symbol from the toolbar to paste from Word documents. You can probably copy/paste from email without much problem. The formatting features in this system will automatically create space between your paragraphs, so you do not need to add an extra space between them.

There's a section below the text bx to upload an image. 

Add video links

There's another section below to add a link to a youtube video or other source. 

Other options

You can also attach files and other fancy stuff.
